1. Tamara Teplitskaya, Ph.D., is a high level scientist, an expert in investigation of carcinogenic, mutagenic, and toxic organic pollutants in different media of the environment. For more than 20 years Dr. Teplitskaya worked at Moscow State University (Russia), first as Junior Research Scientist and later as Senior Research Scientist and Head of the Research Group of Chemical Transformers of Biosphere. From 1980 to 1990 Dr. Teplitskaya was also Research Supervisor and Main Executor of some stages of the International problem "Global Environmental Monitoring System (GEMS)".
Now Dr. Teplitskaya is a citizen of the USA and the President of the Environmental Carcinogens Investigation Center, Inc. (New York). She is the author of the following Research Programs: "Environmental Prevention of Breast Cancer " and "Ecological Disasters as a Source of Carcinogenic Substances".
Dr. Teplitskaya participated in a number of International Congresses as a speaker, including the Second International Conference of Medical Doctors and Biologists (October 1998, New York), the International Meeting "Environment Geochemistry" (October 1997, Colorado, Vail), the International EXPO and Congress of Solutions for Natural and Man-Made Disasters (April 1997, Florida, Miami Beach, the International Symposium "Carbon Sequestration in Soil"(Columbus, Ohio, U.S.A., July 22-26,1996).
She has published 7 books, over 100 scientific articles, and holds 2 patents; 20 of the articles have been published in American and international journals.

2. Gennadiy Belenkiy, Ph.D. in electronics and management. He is one of the founders and a member of the Board of International Émigré Association of Arts & Sciences, Inc. (New York). He is the founder and Director of Technical Retraining & Employment Center that provides short retraining programs for engineers. The organization has received the Federal and NYANA Matching grant in 1997-1998.
He was a participant of the first Leadership Training Program for Russian Jewish Immigrants in New York City organized by the American Jewish Committee in association with the Council of Jewish Organizations for Immigrants.
For more than two years he has been providing the retraining program according to the contract with the Technical Career Institute at College of Technology.
Dr. Belenkiy continues scientific search and has gotten 2 USA patents. He published 27 articles on electronics, environment, management, and holds 14 patents.

3. Daniel B. Golubev, M.D., Ph.D., an expert in general, molecular and medical microbiology, virology and genetics, a full member of the American Society for Virology and the American Association for Advancement of Sciences. For more than 20 years he was working at the Institute of Influenza (Leningrad, Russia) as Head of the Department of Viral Molecular Biology and Genetics Department. Simultaneously he was a professor of Virology in Leningrad State University (Russia).
Now he is a Founder of BioVirus Res., Inc. (New York), Consultant in the field of virus vaccines in Lederle Laboratories - American Cyanamid Company (New York).
Dr. Golubev is the author of 12 books, 11 patents, including 2 in the USA, and over 280 articles.

4. Moses Fayngold, Ph.D., an expert in analytical chemistry and applied physics, particularly, in spectral methods for investigation of environmental contamination. He worked in the Nuclear Research institute, Radiation Physics Department (Tashkent, USSR) as a Junior Researcher and later in the Institute of Technical Thermo-Physics, Department of Oil Products Control (Kiev, Ukraine) as Senior Researcher.
Now he is Professor at Polytechnic University of New York, Department of Applied Mathematics and Physics.
Dr. Fayngold is the author of 3 patents and over 50 scientific papers published in Russian and international journals.

5. Yuri Rabiner, Ph.D., an expert in the field of designing of special ecologically safe heating and evaporation systems to destroy carcinogenic/mutagenic and toxic chemicals in gas exhausts and sewage. For more than 25 years he was working in the Bureau of Energy Production and Conservation and at the Research Institute of Food Industry (Kiev, Ukraine).
At present he works as a Senior Researcher at the New Technologies Co. Dr. Rabiner is the author of 12 articles and 21 patents.
